1. Processing Time All orders are processed from our facility in the United States.

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM ET will be processed on the next business day.

2. Supported Shipping Regions & Methods We currently ship only to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

We partner with reputable carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Available Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days (after processing)
  • Express Shipping: 4–7 business days (after processing)

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping (Flat Rate):

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $150 USD
  • $6 USD Shipping Fee for orders under $150 USD

Express Shipping:

  • Available for any order amount
  • Fixed fee: $13.98 USD

4. Taxes and Pricing All product prices displayed on our website are tax-inclusive. Customers do not need to pay any additional taxes at checkout.

5. Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or your account on our website. Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address within the supported regions. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an address correction is needed after shipping, additional fees may apply.
