At VIVIE, we strive to provide reliable and transparent shipping services for all our customers worldwide. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed from our facility in the United States.

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday (before 10:00 AM Eastern Time) are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons (such as major holidays), processing time may be extended to 3–5 business days. We will notify you via email if there is any delay.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We partner with reputable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and do not include processing time.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Express Shipping: 4–7 business days (available at checkout)

International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Europe: 8–15 business days
  • Canada, Australia, and Asia: 7–14 business days
  • South America, Middle East, and Africa: 12–25 business days

Note: These are estimated transit times. Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen events.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, volume, destination, and selected shipping method.

Flat Rate Shipping Policy:

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $150 USD
  • $6 USD Shipping Fee for orders under $150 USD

Additional charges may apply for remote areas, islands, or APO/FPO addresses.

4. International Orders – Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the United States:

  • All applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and other fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
  • Please check with your local customs office for potential additional fees.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is shipped. You can track your package through the carrier’s website or your Shopify account. Tracking information may not update immediately after dispatch.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. If an address correction is needed after shipping, additional fees may apply.
