1. General Information VIVIE is an online retailer specializing in footwear. Orders are processed from our United States fulfillment center, with manufacturing support from our factory in China.

2. Orders and Acceptance All orders placed on the Site are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, product unavailability, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business reasons. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when the order is shipped.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are tax-inclusive as stated on the Site. Prices may change without prior notice. Full payment is required at checkout.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Key points include:

  • A return window of 30 days from the delivery date (as shown on tracking information).
  • Items must be returned in new or nearly new condition (trying on is allowed), with no obvious signs of wear, dirt, stains, odor, or damage, and with original packaging and tags.
  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs (except in cases of defective or incorrect items).
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection approval.
  • A restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
